Pretty bloody cool to think that five property journeys this month have also meant five more counselling sessions funded 🥹

After school sold sticker mission with my little crew, who are shaping up to be exceptional videographer/photographers. I might reward them a week’s free rent!

This one was particularly special with it being a sentimental family sale. I was fortunate enough to have explicit trust from my amazing vendors and purchasers that we would get the job done.

This marks my ninth sale for Arizto Real Estate I am beyond privileged to love what I do, be trusted to do an awesome job, and meet some amazing people along the way.

I feel so grateful to be in a business which ethos aligns with my own. We put our clients first, we are fair, we are real. Look at our fee structure alone… standard is 2% + $650 + GST (minimum applies) which means incredible savings for my clients, and they’re actually receiving superior marketing with no upfront cost. It’s a win win 🤝🏼

I’ve heard nay-sayers call us a “discount brand” and to that I ask… what do they stand to benefit from saying that? How are we are discount brand, if we don’t discount our price, it was simply fair and competitive to start with? If I achieve a premium result for my client in terms of sale price, days on market, and experience, and they’ve paid significantly less in commission and marketing than they would’ve at a standard agency… it sounds like exceptionally great circumstances, not a discount ✅

On cloud NINE (get it…?) over here, loving what I do, loving the positive energy, the good vibes, and the happy clients!

Two sales in one day means two more donations to I AM HOPE.

With every property I sell, I donate the value of a counselling session to I AM HOPE something I’ve been proud to do with every sale since 2023.

I AM HOPE does incredible work supporting young people across New Zealand, helping provide access to free and timely counselling through Gumboot Friday, while also encouraging open conversations around mental health and letting our young people know that asking for help is okay.

I’m incredibly thankful to my clients for trusting me with such an important chapter. It’s a genuine privilege to walk alongside them through the journey from start to SOLD, and even more special knowing each sale can contribute to something bigger.

I’ve got nothing profound to say just yet, but it’s been nothing short of an amazing feeling to achieve a result for my clients and help some dreams happen! ☁️
