September update 🤍

Plenty of open homes, auctions, buyer appointments, door knocking, flyer dropping and conversations with some lovely people around Christchurch.

I’ve also started volunteering at Ronald McDonald House, kept up my early mornings at Strong Pilates… and apparently recruited a new member of the prospecting team 🐾

Snoop may have discovered that door knocking = meeting lots of new friends, so you might be seeing a little more of him out and about with me 🐶

A busy month, lots happening behind the scenes, and plenty of exciting things ahead.

I’ve been awarded their Price Expert badge for consistently meeting my clients’ price expectations.

Something I’ve learned along the way is just how important it is to have honest conversations around price and to understand what the market is doing when helping people make property decisions.
