PROJECT UPDATE: ST JAMES AVE 🏗️

The first level of framing is now up at St James Ave, and we’re starting to see the development come to life above the foundations. 👀

With a mix of 2 and 3-storey homes planned across the site, this is where the scale and form of the development really start to reveal themselves.

With the first level now taking shape, you can start to appreciate the scale and positioning of each home and there’s plenty more to come as we build upwards.

There’s plenty more to come as the upper levels begin to take shape and we’re excited to watch the full vision unfold.

The roofs are now on and windows are starting to go in, giving these 12 homes a much clearer sense of their finished form 🏘️

With the buildings now becoming weather-tight, we’re moving into the next phase of construction, where the homes really start to come together both inside and out 😉

There’s still plenty to do, but it’s exciting to see the progress from frames and scaffolding to homes that are beginning to look the part 🙌
