Another week done and dusted… and somehow, we survived!

🔑 3 homes ready to hit the market next week
📝 1 new listing signed up
🚶‍♀️ 14 enthusiastic walkers turned up for our Friday walking group
✈️ Natarsha has been away for 2 days… only 6 more to go!
🎒 5 days of school holidays survived
🏠 4 appraisals completed
🛋️ Helped staging a property and discovered our shirt matched the curtains. Obviously, we planned that. 😂
📬 Delivered flyers wearing our Crocs, because apparently, this is what peak professionalism looks like. 😂
🎃 picked up 200 pumpkins, because we can....
🍷 0 glasses of alcohol consumed…

…and honestly, I could really do with one😂

All in all, not a bad week!

Now… there’s that weekend! 🥂

Oh wait… we’re real estate agents. We don’t do weekends😂🏡

✨ ✨ Weekly Round-Up: The Week That Did a Runner ✨ ✨

This week was a whirlwind of wins -
3 new properties hit the market, we sold one under the hammer, snagged a spectacular deadline‑sale offer, listed a fresh new home, signed a new property management, handed over keys to a happy new owner and collected another glowing testimonial… because we ❤️❤️❤️ what we do!

Meanwhile, the walking club turned up with 15 energetic legends, we appraised more homes than my brain can count, and my son is still living his best life in China while I pretend I’m not counting down to his return on Monday.

Tomorrow I’m off to pick up **200 pumpkins** (as one does), and we continued to help the Belfast School PTA Night Market because community chaos is our cardio.

And just like that — the week disappeared faster than free food at a staff meeting.
