About the Role
Due to our growth, an opportunity has become available for a Project Coordinator to join the team.
This role offers the opportunity to work in an exciting, fast paced environment alongside a wide variety of skilled people with a range of expertise. This is a new role within our team and will evolve over time therefore there are a wide range of functions that this role is likely to become involved with.
We are seeking a proactive individual with excellent attention to detail, the ability to work unsupervised in a busy environment and the desire to learn and grow in your desired career.
Working alongside the Construction Project Manager and the Project Director - you’ll be a valuable asset providing assistance to entire program.
With a busy and varied role offered, you’ll get stuck in and work actively with the team to make sure we’re meeting our project delivery expectations, continually assessing our projects health and staying on top of all the moving parts
Working across our teams you'll be skilled at managing multiple priorities across numerous concurrent projects and enjoy working with both words and numbers,

What you'll need to bring to the role
You'll ideally have some Project Coordinating experience behind you with skills in Word, Power Point, Excel, Teams, and the rest of the Microsoft suite. Your strong command of written English coupled with excellent formatting and document management skills will be relied on – quality output and presentation are critical in this position.
We're looking for someone with a pro-active approach and the ability to build effective relationships across the business. You'll have a discreet, flexible, proactive approach and be able to manage workloads and deadlines and be motivated by and committed to outstanding client service delivery.
Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, a client service mindset and a practical results-focused approach will be essential.
Experience from within a professional services environment is preferred but not essential, however sense of humour is !!
The project administrator is an essential role to our service by handling all the administrative jobs associated with our projects
