This project began some time ago and with multiple changes to the plans over the course of 2-3 months we are finally getting around to getting this home ready for rent. Through the course of the project I will use it to give any of you who have bought an investment property hints and tips for what’s required to get your home Healthy Homes Compliant. As you can see you have replaced a wall already and we are getting painters in to paint and brighten the place up. Should be a fun project and going to be an amazing little rental for some young family. Stay tuned for this one guys. Lots happening all over.

Bit of fun before open homes and a small update on the project. The rain severely put the handbrakes on and the digger had to go back but for now we can get on with getting the planter box prepped for plants. Remember guys when you are preparing your garden areas for presentation you don’t have to spend big money. The cheaper compost is just as good and has the same benefits for the soil. And a big sorry to all those good Kiwi families that are loyal to Mitre10. I do love my Bunnings. Happy Sunday to you all and see you out at the open homes. It’s a beautiful day out. &tips
