In case anyone missed our announcement a few days ago, after 41 years working in real estate and 26 years of Min Sarginson Real Estate Ltd I am handing over my “baby”to Bayleys Canterbury.⠀

The properties cared for by our Property Management division will pass over to Bayleys Canterbury, with the agreement of our owners, of course.⠀
🏡⠀
Our wonderful Property Manager Sally McOscar is also retiring after a long and distinguished career with us. She will be staying on with Bayleys Canterbury for three weeks after the sale of Min Sarginson Real Estate Ltd is completed on 16 May 2024 to ensure there is a seamless changeover. ⠀
🏡⠀
Rene Mcpherson, our accounts manager who has served us all so well for the past twenty years, is also retiring once we have overseen the transition/handover process.⠀
🏡⠀
I believe Bayleys Canterbury share our values, our approach to customer service, and our commitment to our clients so I am confident I am leaving our legacy in good hands. Bayleys Property management will be in touch with our rental property owners soon to introduce their new property manager.⠀

And here is the best part, the Min Sarginson Real Estate team will stay exactly the same, just under a different brand. ⠀

Our fantastic sales team of Tim and Kate will continue to offer you their exceptional service as they always have, and Sheryl will continue to run the new Bayleys office at 154 Marine Dr.⠀

Our current vendors, with their agreement of course, will transfer to Bayleys so Tim and Kate will continue to look after them as before.⠀
