FAQ - TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE ELECTRIC CAR SHARE?

East Village will have an electric car available for use by owners and residents!

The electric car will be on a pay per use basis provided by an external transport provider. Owners/residents can book the car whenever they have a requirement not served by public transport.
There is a designated electric charging point located within the development where the electric car will be parked and recharged when not in use.
This is not owned by the Body Corporate so owners of East Village are not responsible for upkeep and maintenance of the electric car.

FAQ - CAN THE PRICE INCREASE FROM WHAT IS AGREED?
No, the price is the price. We have factored in construction price escalation into our sales prices and cannot raise prices arbitrarily.

DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE GST?
Yes, GST is included in the price for all residences. The GST for residential sales are a cost to the eveloper.
