這次秋季到目前為止,人數已從 51,000 人增加到 34,000 人,最低點可能在 25,000 人至 30,000 人之間。

If you can make the finances work, this is a good time to be a buyer.
More stock, less competition and prices continuing to ease, will allow those who can get all the ducks in a row to buy well.
