Celebration and recognition; one of our core values at Najib.

Even though it was a surprise to receive these beautiful bunch of flowers at our client appreciation evening from Nathan, it also wasn’t surprising. This is because of the foundation/ culture he’s created for the company.

Anyone can work for a company, but to work for an organisation with purpose is completely different. I’ve worked for companies that have promised the world but in fact disappointed me along the way. At Najib; I was promised growth, I received that, I was promised becoming one of the top agents, I’m on my way to it, 3 years later safe to say I’m closer every year to the reality of the life I want to create for myself.
