After languishing on the market for 90 days with another company ("Try us, you'll like us") and having only a handful of purchasers through, we listed this property a couple of weeks ago. In the first week, we had 32 purchaser inspections and it was under offer! Ten days later, the sale was UNCONDITIONAL and the SOLD sticker on the sign!
