Started with broth… ended up building a cult following on tallow.
I caught up with Curtis from Primal Pantry, from market stalls to selling out pre-orders, all by backing a niche people didn’t even know they needed. Also… the t-shirt sizing debate is still unresolved.

Old bones, new energy. Projects like this don’t happen by accident, it takes the right people to honour the past while building something for the future. Love seeing the city centre come back to life, with spaces like this leading the charge.
If all goes to plan, doors open this June. Big credit to KJ for helping make the city what it is.

I checked out the old Court Theatre site in Addington, where KJ is bringing something seriously fresh to the space, an indoor pickleball hub that’s social, inclusive, and easy to get amongst. A post-earthquake site with a new purpose, continuing the story rather than replacing it.
