Massive congratulations to two of our tenants, Rātā in Tāhuna Queenstown and in Ōtautahi Christchurch, for each being awarded a Michelin Star at the inaugural Michelin Guide New Zealand event on Tuesday night. This is the culmination of years of hard work to consistently deliver amazing food, and we are incredibly proud of both restaurants and their teams.

We're excited to see the progress being made at Te Pā Tāhuna, our development located in the heart of Tāhuna Queenstown. The Mike Greer Commercial team are working quickly with Block A (Pūtakitaki) and Block C having now reached roof level, and the upper-level slab on Block B having recently been completed.

With apartments in Pūtakitaki now available for sale, it is great to see this project come to life. In total, 66, 1 and 2-bedroom apartments will be delivered across these three, 3-storey buildings.

We're excited that the first release of apartments at Te Pā Tāhuna, Queenstown, have now been released to market. These architecturally crafted two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments (around 70 sqm each) are due for completion in March 2027.

At dawn this morning, mana whenua led a whakawātea (blessing ceremony) to bless the new ACC Ōtepoti building in central Dunedin - marking the end of construction and the beginning of a new chapter. 🏢

A partnership between Ngāi Tahu Property and ACC Investments, the building reflects Ngāi Tahu heritage, sustainability and accessibility. The design was inspired by the woven pattern of a traditional poti, with two pou whenua standing proudly at its entrance.

ACC kaimahi (staff) will move in next month, with doors opening to clients on 22 September. 🌿

📣 Exciting progress is underway on our Queenstown development, Te Pā Tāhuna!

Stage 2 is taking shape quickly, with the Mike Greer Commercial team making great strides on site. Construction is tracking well, and all is on schedule.

This stage will bring 66 one- and two-bedroom homes to market, spread across three, three-storey walk-up apartment buildings. The first release of 18 two-bedroom apartments is expected towards the end of 2025.

📣 Exciting news from Tower Junction with new retailers coming on board! Adairs NZ & Mocka - New Zealand, who opened last month will soon be joined by New Zealand-owned retailers Petdirect and North Beach. Petdirect will open towards the end of July and North Beach by the end of October.

Ngāi Tahu Property Asset Manager Mark Youthed says; “Having new stores increases the diversity of products and services available for shoppers and confirms the ongoing appeal of the centre for retailers.”
