It was a privilege to be the agents entrusted with the sale of the beautiful Lacebark Function Centre and Wedding Venue. Properties like Lacebark are special and finding the right people to take on its next chapter takes knowledge, experience, understanding and trusted relationships.
Thank you to our vendors for trusting us with the sale of such a well-loved and unique property, and congratulations to both parties. We wish the new owners all the very best as they begin their journey with this special venue and its beautiful gardens, with Brian Davey Commercial and Industrial Sales and Lease

Auction is more than a sale method—it's a premium marketing strategy. It maximises exposure, creates buyer competition, and gives your property every opportunity to achieve its best result. If your property doesn't sell on auction day, every other sale method remains available. It's the strategy that keeps your options open while giving your property its strongest start.
