The cat is finally out of the bag… literally. 👜🐱

I’ve been sitting on this little secret for days, waiting for settlement day before I could share these custom-made totes I commissioned for my clients. Last Friday was the day, and now I can finally show them off!

How cool are these? 🤩

A huge shoutout to Mike from for bringing this idea to life and then putting his own creative spin on the photos without straying too far from reality. I first got the idea after seeing some of Mike’s tote designs and the creativity he pours into the T-shirts I’d bought from him. I knew he’d absolutely nail it.

Safe to say these bags were a massive hit with the new homeowners. In fact, the gifts inside almost became secondary! 😂

I am completely in love with how they’ve turned out.

Just as the sun was setting yesterday, another SOLD sticker went up in New Brighton🏡✨

This lovely buyer is now officially a repeat client and it was such a fun journey helping her secure her very first investment property. We explored a few options, missed out on one along the way, but then this little cutie popped up and it ticked all the right boxes — walking distance to amenities and public transport, internal access garage, spacious bedrooms and just an all-round great feel.

This one was a bit of a surprise 👀

I met the buyer back in January when he was an underbidder on one of my “as is” listings — searching for a development site. A few emails, a few near misses (including an off-market that slipped through our fingers 😅) and then this one showed up priced after being on the market for a few weeks.

The buyer wanted to come in well under asking and wanted to know if it was even worth trying… my answer? Always. 💪

An offer was made, a thoughtful counter came back from a vendor emotionally attached to the section that once held a family home 🏡❤️

With respect, good communication and a little human touch, we found the sweet spot 🤝
