I am Jo. And It was a pleasure to work with this Vendor on the sale of his family home at 1 Pimlico Place in Bishopdale. I also live in this area and like many my vendor lived in this home for 60 years as his parents built it when they all came over from England in 1964. The vendor is a lovely man and I have enjoyed listening to his history of the Home and all his memories that came with it. we had so much interest in this property with over a dozen registered for the auction. It was sure to be an easy sell. Now I look forward to the new owner rededeveloping the site with some wonderful Homes for our community.
