GIVEAWAY UPDATE Following a number of concerns raised regarding the original winning account, I have reviewed the account and unfortunately it does not appear to meet the genuine participation requirements of the giveaway.
For fairness to everyone who entered, I have redrawn the winner. The winner is Peter Rae, nominated by Ellen Rogers.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to enter and, as always, for your understanding. 💙

🎉 AND WE HAVE A WINNER! 🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who nominated the special father figures in their lives. What an incredible response! ❤️

I’ve loved reading all your nominations and the wonderful stories behind them. Clearly, there are A LOT of pretty amazing dads, stepdads, grandads and father figures out there! 👏

Thank you again to everyone who got involved. It’s been such a lovely reminder of just how many special men deserve a little bit of recognition. 💙

Happy Father’s Day to all the incredible father figures out there!

Smiles all round! 🏡✨

What an absolute pleasure it has been to help this young family finally secure their investment property. Before we met, they had made 8 unsuccessful offers and were starting to wonder if it was ever going to happen for them. Today, the SOLD sticker is on, and they couldn’t be happier! A huge congratulations to my vendors too, and thank you for trusting me throughout the process.

For me, this is exactly why I love what I do — helping people achieve their property goals and being part of those moments when it all finally comes together.

8 failed attempts, one successful purchase, and plenty of happy faces! ❤️

Three months ago, I had the pleasure of helping my vendors purchase this property — and what a transformation it’s been!
After plenty of blood, sweat and tears, they’ve turned the original home into a gorgeous modernised cutie, and today we got to pop that SOLD sticker on!
Congratulations to the new owners, who had previously missed out on eight other properties — it was worth the wait!
And to my vendors, thank you once again for your trust. It’s been an absolute pleasure helping you through this journey. ❤️

Another SOLD! 🏡🔴
