Shower leaks - this is a problem we often see during an inspection, the shower base has upstands on just two sides and only relying on sealant in the corners. Most homeowners are unaware this would be an issue. The moisture readings below indicate issues - anything above 40 is a concern.

The best option is replace the shower and ensure the new shower tray door and returns sit within the upstand of the tray thereby providing superior waterproofing and ultimate peace of mind.
