We can’t stress enough the importance of your design team specifying products that actually align with your budget.

For example, if your Quantity Surveyor has allowed a Prime Cost sum of $60/m² for 600×600 tiles, but the design later specifies $240/m² large format tiles, the budget will blow out fast.

Early alignment between design and cost is key to avoiding surprises.
