Turns out this was Trade Me’s top FIFTH viewed listing for April. With high listing stock in the Rolleston and Christchurch market we knew we needed to stand out. Great to get a call from Stuff to talk a little bit more about the campaign!

OCR announcement just out! Will be very interesting to see what impact this will have on our already buoyant market in Christchurch

The Monetary Policy Committee has today agreed to cut the Official Cash Rate (OCR) by 25 basis points to 3.5%.

As the extent and effect of tariff policies become clearer, the Committee has scope to lower the OCR further as appropriate. Future policy decisions will be determined by the outlook for inflationary pressure over the medium term.
