April is always a bit unpredictable.

With Easter, ANZAC weekend, and school holidays all in the mix, tenant movement tends to shift, and this year was no exception. We saw slightly fewer move-ins compared to last April, but interestingly, May is already shaping up strongly, with nearly as many tenants lined up as we had for the entire month last year.

So what does that tell us?

It suggests that while timing can fluctuate, tenant demand hasn’t disappeared, it’s just becoming more forward-planned.
