Colliers’ latest research shows the rural sector ended 2025 in a strong position. High commodity prices, a low exchange rate and renewed confidence helped lift farm sales and valuations.
Federated Farmers’ survey results from the same period back this up, with 70 percent of farms reporting profitability, the highest level since the survey began in 2009, even as farmers remain cautious about the outlook.
