What an incredible result.

After our first weekend of open homes, we welcomed over 40 groups through the property. Over the following two days, we personally contacted every single buyer to gather feedback and uncover any further interest.

We then worked closely with interested parties, guiding them through the offer process and following up multiple times to ensure every opportunity was maximised.

The result? Four strong offers presented to our vendors before the end of the first week.

This is exactly what happens when a property is marketed strategically and every enquiry is followed up with care and persistence. Creating genuine buyer competition gives our vendors the best possible chance of achieving an outstanding result.

The window we’re in right now could actually be the sweet spot for sellers, particularly in Canterbury.

Interest rates have already started shifting earlier than many expected and with banks likely to tighten their test rates again, buyer borrowing power is set to shrink.

What does that mean for you as a seller?

👉 Buyers today can still access more money than they may be able to in the near future.
👉 More borrowing power = stronger competition = better sale prices.
👉 Once test rates increase, that same buyer pool may no longer afford your home at today’s levels.
