Congratulations Dee! 🏡🤩

After missing out on one property, we found the one shortly after.......and it was love at first sight!

Together we navigated a pre-auction offer, brought the auction forward, and secured the home against strong competition at auction yesterday.

This is exactly why I love helping buyers. We celebrate the highs, work through the lows, and keep moving forward together.

Sometimes real estate has nothing to do with houses…......and everything to do with people 💙

This moment is one I won’t forget anytime soon.

✨SOLD✨
Huge congratulations to Kirsten, who got to put up her very own sold sticker yesterday 🏡💙

This journey wasn’t without its challenges. A full-on paperwork war with insurance companies, a couple of extensions, and plenty of curveballs along the way… but Kirsten handled everything thrown at her with determination and grace.

She stayed focused, pushed through, secured both insurance and finance, and now the finish line is in sight — she’ll be moving into her new home next week!

So proud of you, Kirsten. This one was well and truly earned 👏🎉
