Nana's Caramel Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 Tin - Condensed Milk
- 2 Tablespoons – Butter
- 2 Tablespoons – Golden Syrup
- ½ Cup – Brown Sugar
- 4 – Egg Yolks
- 2 Teaspoons – Vanilla
- 3 Tablespoons – Flour

Directions:
Heat all ingredients together in a saucepan mixing as you go.
When it comes to a light bubbling stage, bring off heat, add the flour and mix.
If too runny add more flour but remember it does thicken as it cools.

Try these they won't disappoint.

Sausage Rolls

½ bag of potatoes - mashed (no butter or milk)
3x packet of sausage meat
Mixed or Italian Herb (as much as desired)
Garlic Powder (decent amount)
2x Diced Onion
2x Packet of Puff Pastry
Salt and Pepper
Cayenne Pepper or other seasoning as wanted
Egg wash

Combine all the ingredients in one bowl - recommend preparing the potatoes earlier so the mix is cold going onto the pastry. Then you can make them as big or as small as you wish - this will alter the cooking time - Cook at 210'C for approx 20-25 mins until golden and delicious
