Christchurch City continues to lead the way. April’s median sale price reached $720,000, up 1.3% from March and 4.06% year-on-year.
While long weekends, school holidays and the buzz around Te Kaha took some buyers’ attention, the market stayed steady. Sales volumes eased from March’s peak, but remained close to April 2025 levels.
