Resident White Heron on our driveway today, and hanging out on the farm exploring the creek and ditches for eels and whitebait perhaps? Hes such a beauty! Bird lovers paradise right here.

Glorious Spring out side my kitchen window. We are so lucky to have many native birds visiting the garden. The Kowhai trees are a big hit with the Tuis and Kereru at the moment. The peacocks are just stunning with their long gorgeous tails.
Great time to book and enjoy them .

I walked into the house after check out and to my delight the house was not only left perfectly clean and tidy, they had left a lovely gift of shortbread and a card on the bench.
How thoughtful, it really made my day!

This cute little piwakawaka, fantail looks to be a juvenile with the tuffs of Ggrey fluff showing...what's your thoughts?
Hes very good at standing on one leg too.
