School events and local sports are a huge part of the community here, it's one of the quickest ways to meet people and feel at home.

Another week in real estate and no two days looked the same! ☀️🏡
Sunday served up the perfect weather for open homes, followed by watching the Golden Oldies rugby in Kirwee and finishing the day with a private viewing.

This week was a great reminder of why I love what I do.

From rainy Sunday open homes and private viewings, to seeing properties go unconditional and helping clients plan their next move — it’s been a busy one. Alongside appraisals (including a very generous pumpkin and bag of feijoas!), contractor coordination, agent training and business planning with Ben Turner, there’s been plenty happening behind the scenes too.

The highlights outside of work? Watching Floss receive a school certificate, supporting the Glentunnel School quiz night fundraiser, and getting excited for Alex’s return to rugby tomorrow for Kirwee Rugby Club, hopefully no injuries!

Grateful for the people, the community, and the opportunity to keep finding ways to give back.
