A question I often get asked: How do I put an offer on a house? 🏑

Putting in an offer is usually much simpler than people think.

Here's how it works:

β€’ You find a home you love.
β€’ Your real estate agent prepares the Sale and Purchase Agreement and talks you through each part of the contract.
β€’ You decide on your offer price and whether you'd like to include any conditions, such as finance, a building report, a LIM report or solicitor's approval.
β€’ Your offer is then presented to the vendor, who can accept it, decline it or negotiate the price or conditions.

Once both parties have agreed and signed the agreement, the property is under contract. If there are conditions, you'll have time to work through them before the sale becomes unconditional.

Every situation is a little different, but having the right guidance can make the whole process feel much less overwhelming.

A great way to kick off the new school term! β˜•πŸ’™

This morning we were lucky enough to shout 39 coffees and hot chocolates alongside Jos famous coffee walnut fudge for the amazing parents, whānau and staff at Glentunnel School.

As a mum with kids at the school, Glentunnel holds a special place in my heart. I love being able to give back to a community that gives so much to our families.

Wishing all the students, teachers, parents and whānau an awesome term ahead. Thanks for everything you do to make our little school such a special place.
