We're proud to support the talented students of Otago Polytechnic | Te Pūkenga as they showcase their creativity through an auction featuring inspired upcycled furniture, fashion, homewares and more.

A special thanks to the Dunedin Red Cross Shop, the creative minds of Otago Polytechnic and our very own Grant McLean , who will be auctioning the evening's unique collection.

Business as usual with steady numbers at open homes and good enquiry on property listings. Banks are reducing some restrictions to encourage new customers and approval times between 2-7 working days.

The number of listings reduced slightly from last week. First home buyers still the most numerous and active group in the market. Banks competing in favourable ways to attract new customers also making it a good time to review lending.
