Bayleys NZ Team Administrator of the Year. Collab Day 2026. 👏✨

We couldn’t be prouder of Sophie. Such well deserved recognition of the relentless energy and care she brings to everything she does Team Monckton is lucky to have her! Her impact is felt well beyond our team across the wider Bayleys network.

Collab Day brought together more than 320 Bayleys team members from across New Zealand for a day of collaboration, learning, and celebration at the New Zealand International Convention Centre in Auckland.

Jack ticked off the Hawkes Bay marathon this weekend running for those who can’t! Jack and the rest of the Bayleys Battlers managed to raise nearly $5,500 for the Catwalk Spinal Injury Trust, an incredible charity working towards a cure for spinal injuries - a huge thanks to everyone for their generous donations!

🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️Saturday morning Jack is lacing up to run the Hawkes Bay Marathon!

Running for those who can’t we are raising money for the Catwalk Spinal Injury Trust, an amazing charity that has raised millions towards research to actually cure spinal cord injury, with the goal of restoring movement, feeling and function to people who have lost it. Right now paralysis is considered permanent. They are working to change that.
