📈🏡 How I used equity to grow my rental portfolio (and why it changed everything!)

A few years ago, I didn’t just want to “save for the next property”… I wanted to move faster. That’s when I realized I had something working for me already: equity.

Here’s the simple idea:
✅ I built equity in my current property
✅ I used that equity to help fund my next moves
✅ And instead of waiting years, I was able to buy more rentals sooner

Don’t get me wrong - this wasn’t luck. It took planning, payments we could handle, and choosing the right strategy. But once we understood how equity can be a tool, not just a number, the whole game changed.
