Hello! We thought it was about time we introduced ourselves and show who’s behind the sunflower scene, we are Henry, Hannah, Tilly & Charlie. We are so proud to bring the first sunflower farm to Gisborne and hope you have all enjoyed your time visiting us so far. We haven’t been so lucky with the weather lately so thought we’d give an update going forward. Next week will sadly be our last week, we will be open THURSDAY 8th-SUNDAY 11th January 9-4pm. The weather is looking up so will be nice to finish the season with some sunny days! Eftpos & cash available. See you next week 🌻🌻🌻 📸

Come and experience the beauty of our First Light Sunflower Farm opening this Friday 19th December 2025 from 9-5pm.

273 Harper Road, Waihīrere (opposite Gray’s bush) follow the signs to the car parking.
Bring the whanau for a fun day in the sunflower field! Take photos, stroll through the sunflowers, bring a picnic or grab a coffee from or a fresh OJ all on-site. Face painting, bouncy castle & more, all while enjoying the view! We are working on a photographer onsite for some family photo ops.

Bunches are available for purchase or pick your own!

NO DOGS are permitted on site.
Footwear is recommended.
Plenty parking in the paddock opposite the field.

Entry fee is $6/person with $1 donation towards children’s
Pay on the day, no tickets are required.
Pick one Stem per person FREE!

Eftpos is available.

There will be toilets on site.

We can’t wait to see you to enjoy a fun day on the sunflower farm! 🌻
