PGG Wrightson’s Growing the Country initiative has donated $40,000 to help back that work — a pretty awesome example of rural communities supporting rural communities. 🌱

Lately I’ve been getting asked quite a bit if PGG Wrightson Real Estate does residential sales too 🏡

The answer is definitely yes.

A lot of people naturally think of PGG Wrightson with farming and rural property — which we’re obviously very well known for — but we also sell residential homes, lifestyle properties, sections and farmlets right across Southland and NZ.

This year PGG Wrightson is celebrating 175 years, which is pretty special. I think that says a lot about the trust people have in the brand and the relationships built over generations in communities like ours.

Something else people are often surprised by is how big the real estate side actually is nationwide, with over 150 salespeople across NZ and strong reach across residential, lifestyle and rural property.

For me personally, I’m really passionate about growing the residential side here in Gore. I love the mix of people, properties and stories that come with residential real estate, while still having that strong connection to rural Southland too.

I also think having someone who genuinely understands both the rural and residential side of things is important around here — because in Southland the two overlap a lot more than people realise.
