Wednesday was a good day 🥂

37 Haswell Place sold at auction for $1,231,000, and honestly, most of the credit goes to our vendors.

They presented their home immaculately, and it showed from the very first open home, when the buyers walked through and knew it was theirs.

You can't manufacture that moment. What you can do is give people a home worth walking into, and this incredible couple had done exactly that long before our team arrived.

There are a handful of houses in Hamilton I could walk through with my eyes shut. One of them is in Brookview Court 🏡

A lot of my childhood happened here. Summers in the pool....getting told to get out of the pool... throwing a ball around the reserve next door until it was too dark to see it 🏉

Houses like this collect people. Owners change, memories don't.

This one's not finished making them yet.
