It has about 300 members and the clubrooms are a wonderful facility, purpose-built for playing bridge. The Club has embraced new technology and was the first club in New Zealand to introduce electronic scoring when it purchased the BridgeMate wireless scoring devices. We use Bob Fearn's Compass scoring package interfaced with the BridgeMates. Visitors from othe locations are most welcome to play i

n our normal club sessions. Sessions
The Club runs 6 sessions weekly as follows:
Monday Evening 7:30 - 10:30pm - partner not required
Tuesday Afternoon 1:00 - 4:00pm
Tuesday Evening 7:00 - 10:00pm, partner not required, primarily for new players
Wednesday Evening 7:30 - 10:30pm, for the serious players
Thursday Evening 7:30 - 10:30pm
Friday Morning 10:00am - 1:00pm

**Currently due to the Covid-19 settings, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening sessions are played online using RealBridge- See the session links on the website**

Calling all volunteers for the kitchen.

Currently we need volunteers to help in the kitchen during tournaments (which are held during the weekend). If you would like to help, please contact Lois Jones to add your name to the list. Remember many hands make light work. I have added a few photos of the delicious food that the kitchen provides all participants.

It is with a heavy heart that we need to inform you that Nigel Judson passed away last week. He was 88 years old. Our condolences go out to his family. There will be a funeral at the Hamilton Bridge Club this Wednesday at 1pm, followed by a few hands of bridge. RIP Nigel.
