For years, Igor, owner of IP Tiling Limited, has helped bring Generation Homes to life with his exceptional craftsmanship. While creating beautiful homes for others, he and his wife, Sandra, were quietly working towards a dream of their own.

After lovingly renovating and selling their family home, the moment finally arrived as the SOLD sticker went up on Lot 42, Grace Park, Cambridge. What an exciting milestone for Igor, Sandra, and their two children!

Their custom-designed home is set to begin construction in October, and fittingly, Igor will be completing all of the tiling throughout the home himself.

Congratulations, Igor & Sandra! We can’t wait to watch your dream become a reality. ❤️

With the roof now on, Brooke’s new home is really starting to come to life. It’s amazing to see a couples vision transform into a home.

Golden skies, frosty ground, and a big milestone poured before most were out of bed ❄️🌅
Last Thursday, while jockeys trained along Racecourse Road, Fisher Concrete Construction set the foundations for Brooke’s new home at Grace Park, Cambridge.
Brooke - a National, World and Olympic Champion rower 🥇 is now watching her next chapter take shape 🏡
With the slab complete, the vision is becoming real.

With earthworks complete, things are starting to take shape at Brooke’s build site, and you can already see the floor plan coming to life 🙌

Brooke, a National, World and Olympic Champion rower 🥇, stopped by with our Site Manager Andrew to check out the progress and get a feel for how her future home is coming together.
