The Hospice Waikato Bucket List Banquet is one we'll never miss. We've been coming for over ten years and every year the generosity of this community blows us away. $660k raised for Hospice and Rainbow Place - the work these people do is simply outstanding.

We also had a pretty unexpected win on the night - our MD Jeremy won the main raffle. A trip to the Singapore F1 Grand Prix, with flights, tickets and accommodation all donated by House of Travel. For someone who wakes up at odd hours to watch the racing live, this one really is a bucket list trip.

If you don't have a table for next year, think about getting one. It's a heck of a night out and a great way to support Hospice and local business. Hopefully we'll see you there.

We were very happy to recently celebrate 10 years at Glasshouse for Vicki. Vicki has been a star performer for us, even winning Property Manager of The Year at the TMC 25 conference.

We have a a few more 10 year anniversaries coming up, and are super proud of our staff retention. Our industry is known for burnout, and we have made significant efforts to make property management a sustainable career path for our team.

Lana brings over 11 years of real estate and property management experience to the role, including six years supporting high-performing sales agents and five years in property management administration. She's organised, detail-focused, and thrives in fast-paced environments, which makes her a perfect fit for how we operate.

Outside of work, Lana is a mum of three, so it's fair to say she's well practised in multitasking and getting things done.
