Meet Kirsty Miller – Property Manager at Quality Rental Management

We’re excited to formally introduce Kirsty Miller, who has been a valued part of the QRM team for around two years now!

Kirsty brings a wealth of experience in both accounts and property management, making her an incredible asset to our team and our clients. Since joining QRM in early 2024, she has become known for her dedication, professionalism, and the strong relationships she builds with both property owners and tenants.

Kirsty thrives in the fast-paced world of property management, where no two days are ever the same. She is passionate about delivering exceptional service, maintaining clear and effective communication, and ensuring every tenant has a positive rental experience. Helping people find a place to call home is something she genuinely takes pride in.

Outside of work, Kirsty loves hiking and spending time in nature, staying active, and most importantly, enjoying precious time with her family especially her granddaughter, daughter, and son.

We’re so grateful to have Kirsty as part of the QRM family. If you see her out and about at inspections or in the office, be sure to say hello!

Meet the newest (and cutest) members of the QRM office — Callum, Ants, and Fin!

Named after our favourite plumbers, these three are now our official water experts both in and out of the tank.

And with the new NZ pet law starting on 1 December 2025, we figured it was only fair to introduce our own office pets

At Quality Rental Management, we’re here to help owners and tenants navigate the changes with ease. For now though, we’re just trying to stop these three from asking for a bigger tank.

A massive shoutout to Cheyne and Cory for taking part in Movember this year and helping raise awareness for men’s mental health — an issue that affects so many in our communities.

Not only did they grow some impressive facial hair, but together they also raised $620 for this amazing cause! 🙌

We’re incredibly proud of their effort and thrilled to see these funds go toward supporting men’s health initiatives.
