This campaign was a true example of why strategy matters. With 30+ unique parties through the property across the auction campaign, we saw interest from a wide range of buyers. Our vendors made a smart investment into their marketing, allowing us to gather valuable feedback from an active marketplace and position the property accordingly.
While we didn’t secure the cash buyer on this occasion, our vendors trusted the process, listened to the market, and adapted when it mattered most. By aligning the property with buyer feedback, we were able to secure a multi-offer result just four days post auction.
This one was far from smooth sailing. A lengthy conditional period meant plenty of hurdles to overcome and boxes to tick before getting the deal across the line. We’re incredibly proud not only of the response our marketing generated, but also of the systems, processes and client care that carried this campaign from compliance right through to settlement.
