❔❔Q&As - Mortgage Brokers ❔❔

Looking to purchase your first home but don’t know where to start? Finding the right mortgage broker could be a good first step, especially if you want to know what your budget will be.

I have used a mortgage broker both times that I have purchased property and the whole process was so much easier than doing it by myself… and that’s coming from somebody in the real estate scene!

Please note: This is not legal advice, it is just a helpful resource for those who need a hand getting started.

If you have any other questions or topics you would like me to cover, please let me know!

Why Harcourts?

Did you know that Harcourts was founded in New Zealand way back in 1888!

Not only are we one of NZ’s most trusted Real Estate brands, voted 14 years in a row by Reader’s Digest, but we also have a network that extends globally to Australia, U.S.A and South Africa. That’s not bad for a kiwi company.

We trust our brand and our people. Harcourts West Coast itself, is owned by two 4th Generation West Coasters, Kevin O’Donnell and Graeme King.

Not only that, but we have multiple award winning agents that are dedicated to helping you!

Who else but Harcourts? Give us a call or pop into one of our branches located at 146 MacKay Street, Greymouth or 14 Weld Street, Hokitika.

Out of Office

2024 started off with a bang and did I mention? I have the best vendors who hand knit beautiful booties for our newest member of our family!
As you know, I started my real estate journey to prioritise family and with the birth of our gorgeous second daughter in April, I will be taking the next few months to enjoy being a mom!
Watch this space though, there’s a shift happening and I am very excited to hit the ground running and show you what I’ve been planning! If you are wanting to sell, send me an email, I will still be monitoring my inbox and taking on certain listings 📥

In the meantime, hold tight and I’ll keep you guys updated!

Another Happy client and I’m stoked to have had the opportunity to sell a friends home for them!
Real Estate is a lot of Word of Mouth and the proofs in the pudding with this one so thank you so much for not only being AMAZING vendors, but for also taking the time to leave kind words 💛
