I've spent a day and a half upskilling with St John 🚑❤️

It's always good to refresh my skills and learn something new. You never know when you might need them — whether at home, at work, or out in the community.

I'd thoroughly recommend doing a first aid course if you can. It could make all the difference when someone needs your help.
