Getting my “Blue Mind” on this morning …

There’s something captivating about looking out over the ocean.

Dr Wallace J Nicholls book Blue Mind confirmed the impact of water on our flow state and nervous systems - water get us out of our heads and we soften and attune - we are calmed and shift into a “flow state”.

With that in mind I am off for a cold water dip ! Whose in ???
