Biggest, busiest and most enjoyable year of my career to date.
Thank you to everyone who’s trusted me and worked with me over the last 12 months, to Professionals Redcoats for backing me and believing in me and to my wife for being the real MVP behind the scenes, I couldn’t do it without you.
My goal for the last year was just to take every opportunity head on, enjoy what I was doing again, work hard, back myself, and see what I could learn about every aspect of the business, not just sales.
One of the most rewarding parts of the last 18 months has been helping train and work alongside our new salespeople and it was awesome seeing Meg Cross Real Estate take out the Rookie of the Year award
I also had the opportunity to MC the conference and present to the group on personal branding and had so much fun doing it. Always a pleasure Professionals Real Estate New Zealand and our best/most memorable conference to date.
I have spent my whole life in and around Professionals and I genuinely believe our office and wider group are in the best place they’ve ever been. The rebrand has brought a fresh energy, and with the people we have in our office and across the country, I’m looking forward to building and carrying this momentum forward into the next 12 months.
I’ve never really believed in work life balance, it’s just life. How you choose to spend it and what you prioritise is completely up to you. But I don’t think there’s any reason you can’t write all of your goals down on a piece of paper and chase every single one of them.
The risk is always worth the reward. Looking forward to what’s ahead.
