Very excited to have made the move to Alert Level 2 today! 🥳🥳

📦 What does Level 2 mean for Real Estate?

📲 Firstly, our office doors have reopened. 👍If you are in the area please drop in to say hello! We have our fabulous new cafe 'Twenty Eight' fully open with an excellent range of hot and cold beverages and delicious eats. ☕️🧁🥐 It would be great to catch up with you over a cuppa!

😷 Maintain social distancing of at least 2m and please wear your face mask (except when you are enjoying the cafe goodies!)

🏡 Viewing options for all our properties once again include both Open Home visits, or Private Viewings by appointment. 🏡🏠At Level 2 there are restrictions on how many people can be inside the property at one time - enabling everyone to maintain safe social distancing. Nicole and I will be monitoring numbers in and out of our properties ensuring everyone has the opportunity to safely go through the home. Viewings at Level 2 are required to be contactless - we will open doors, cupboards, etc. in advance throughout the home so you do not need to touch anything within the property. If there is something in the home you would like opened or demonstrated, please let us know - we're on hand to do this for you. 😃

When visiting us at either our properties via Open Home or Private Viewing, or at our office, please sign in using either our VIP Pass or physical register, as well as the Covid-19 QR Code. (VIP Pass is the Professionals app which, once you've registered online, allows you to quickly provide your contact details anytime you view one of our properties, or visit our office.)

🤒 If you are feeling unwell with cold or flu like symptoms, please stay home.
