This photo was taken last week, since then there has been more than 30 people entering there enthusiasm to be a part of the Wainui bowling Club Christmas festivities, as I said before, I can guarantee a great day of bowls, social networking, music and food, I unfortunately cannot guarantee the weather. Hope to see you all there. If your name is not up on registration sheet please be at club between 9 and 9.30 to register, teams will be drawn around 10am. Thank-You

Just reminding all my lovely friendly twilight bowlers that there is a Xmas Gala (mixed drawn 4's) at the Wainuionata Bowling Club this Sunday morning. Entrance fee is $20 if you are having lunch, no charge if just bowling. The theme is fancy dress, but as long as you are clothed come on over, I can guarantee an enjoyable day, with great music, company and of course bowling.

Any teams with only 2 players on Wednesday Night Twilight Bowls can you please sit at the sub bench as you may be required to fill in as subs for other teams. Indoor Bowls team consisting of Linda Lincoln and Adele Young need a player as Bruce C will not be present this Wednesday. I do not want 2 player teams, only if stopping a bye in the event of uneven amount of teams. Thank-you.

Wainuiomata Bowling Clubs Twilght "Community" Bowls 3Five season starts this Wednesday (15th) 5.15pm to register teams alwith a 6pm start. ($5 entry fee for BBQ). Bowls are available to use. If you are interested in giving lawn bowls a go. Come along, a good time is had by all, and all are welcome.

FYI I have been informed by Richard Morgan "Twilight Bowls 3Five" will not start on Nov 8th. As Melbourne Cup Tournament is playing the day before the greens aren't ready for Wednesday's bowls quite yet, we are hopefully looking at Wednesday 15th Nov but will advise closer to this date, Thank you.
