Wow what a busy time! Of the 24 lots that make up this boutique estate, there are now only 7 lots left! With two new showhomes taking up two of those in the coming months, it really is time to get down to Harbourside and check it out before it is too late!

A big congratulations to the winner of our lovely Hamper. Raewyn Pauling of Auckland visited our open home during January and was delighted when she received the call advising it was her name drawn to win. Her friend Mary was able to collect the basket on her behalf and is pictured here with our agents Laureen & Letitia at Bayleys Mangawhai.
