Auckland | Bayleys Conference 2026:

I was fortunate enough to take a few days away with my wife to attend the 2026 Bayleys Conference, As busy parents and business owners, these moments are rare and always appreciated.

It was a great event, featuring guest speakers, valuable insights, and stories from people across a diverse range of industries.

On Thursday I attended the Bayleys Auction Club evening. It was a privilege to be amongst some of New Zealand's top-performing agents.
We were also fortunate to hear from John Bayley, who founded Bayleys with his parents in South Auckland in 1973. His reflections on the company's journey and growth over the years were very insightful. Today, Bayleys is involved in approximately one in every five real estate transactions across New Zealand!

It was also a fantastic opportunity to connect with colleagues from across the country, strengthen existing relationships, and build new ones. These connections ultimately benefit my clients, giving your property exposure to an extensive network of agents and buyers nationwide.

Last weekend, it was a pleasure to help organise a car wash and bake sale for the local Junior Tomarata Rugby team, helping raise funds for the NZ Junior Rugby Festival later this year. It was a fantastic turnout, raising just over $1,600 in only three hours!Thank you to everyone who rolled up their sleeves to wash and dry vehicles, and to those who baked goodies for the bake sale.

A huge thank you to Scott and the team at New World Mangawhai for supplying the water and power, and for always supporting local.Also, thank you to Dave at the_bunker_mangawhai for allowing the kids to hustle around your customers and for hosting the bake sale outside your door. We really appreciate your support!

It’s been a busy year both professionally and in the community, and I’m proud to have sponsored and supported the following local organisations, events, and individuals:
