Barfoot & Thompson July 2021 Market Update - Our recent housing sales data released today shows that any concerns about the prices being paid and future interest rates did nothing to dampen July trading. We are selling everything we list in record time and at premium prices. Normally in winter, sales numbers start to edge lower, but this July we sold 1,235 homes.
