I signed up for the future auctioneer pathway course at work and was out of my comfort zone big time. I got feedback that my presentations were more like a stand-up comedy act, but the laughs got me 3rd prize so Im happy 😂

This older man came in to the last open home before the auction and sat on the couch and was having a yarn with me the whole time - unbeknown to me it was Shanes dad sussing me out lol they had a big entourage when carrying out the pre-settlement inspection and Jackie said OMG this is embarrassing they just were meant to come and go.. I said don't stress this shows me how much you guys are loved ❤️

After a few unsuccessful attempts to purchase at auction they almost hit a wall. Thankfully, they remained resilient and persevered 💪 because two short weeks after they reached out this hard working couple bought under the 🔨 !
