In 2015 Bernard sold properties in Remuera, Half Moon Bay, Pukekohe, Botany Downs, Bucklands Beach and Pakuranga Heights. His most recent sales were for his vendors on Clovelly Road in Bucklands Beach and most recently on Prince Regent Drive in Half Moon Bay. Both homes were sold under the hammer at auction above vendor expectation. With three more listing signed by the end of May 2016 Bernard continues to recieve a growing number of requested appraisals by potential vendors.
